If there is a problem with our plugins i.e. for some reason it does not do what we said it will do, then we will gladly refund you within 30 days of purchasing the plugin, but we will first need to establish that we are at fault.
We do not offer refunds for clients that simply have buyer’s remorse.
Please note that theme issues are outside of our scope and hence doesn’t qualify for refunds.
